very lovely gentleman, listen to what we needed, was not pushy, gave us time to think and was always on hand when we need advice and .

Naju was very attentive to us and had a wealth of knowledge on the mattresses we were interested in. He made us feel like we were trying them out right in our very own home. He was an amazing salesman, not pushy like some can be, but still kept a watchful eye on us in case we needed his opinion or assistance. Overall, the store was well laid out that we found what we needed with ease, the staff were friendly and helpful and the process of purchasing a new mattress was an absolute pleasure!

NAJU who dealt with all my requests and questions was highly knowledgeable very efficient, friendly ( even made an excellent cup of coffee for my sisters very patient husband ) He kept smiling even though we probably gave him a bit of a hard time and he had a sense of humour (don't get that very often these days). Well done Naju

Rarely in the modern rush to complete a sale, is a shopping experience both fun and rewarding ! .... but our visit to Dreams in Banbury was just that. First, on Sunday 15th Oct, Naju gave us every attention in trying to meet our needs We laughed a lot !! and helped us to make the right decisions. He then drew up a provisional quote based on our delightfully amusing journey to our choice of products.We had previously been to Benson's and John Lewis and had made our minds up on price.He suggested we might return on Mon 16th to talk to the store manager Roma to see if she could help us price match ..... and what a delight !! Roma was both charming and skillful she was able to rework the quote to give us a great deal and in such a way as to make the start of the week to be the best ever !! Thanks Roma and Naju for your expertise and attentiveness ..... if only all stores could do this well !!

The assistant was really lovely. So helpful and informative. Carried my goods to the car with a handshake - excellent service.

We knew what we were looking for, and we were shown the full range of possible products. We had a very helpful explanation of the various options, an had time to try out all the different mattresses. It could hardly have been simpler or better.
