i was served by Naju, he approached be quickly and found out what I needed and any extras I would be needing. he talked me through the mattress colour system, and discussed each in detail, and showed me straight to a few mattresses once I gave him my budget and specification. he was very knowledgeable about what would last and was good at showing me options. he did all of the above with impeccable customer service and a smile on his face from start to finish. I cannot praise Naju enough, he was amazing :)

Naju was very friendly, knowledgeable and not too pushy which all always the best way to be. Once we asked for his help he explained clearly what our options were, but we had also been on the website prior to our visit and to Bensons. So we knew what we were looking for. Naju explained the diffrence between the Thera-Pur beds and allowed us time to fully test them out. He gave us several prices for the various options we asked for quite speedily. Overall a pleasure, we did have the shop to ourselves, so it was good.

Naju was extremely helpful, understanding my needs and requirements and more than happy to advise and fulfil my order. Availability in store of possibilities to try out and possible alternative (as advised by Naju) where also available. Excellent service. I couldn't have asked for anything more

I was looking for a bed with a firm mattress to help support my backache. I had one in mind when I visited the shop, and the lady was able to show me exactly where it was straight away. She also showed me other hard mattresses and had really good product knowledge. She explained all about the different types. She was friendly and very helpful without putting any pressure on us.
