Our sales assistant Roma was very good she was not pushy she left us to try as many beds as we would like she explained the different colour code they have in the shop so we new which beds to try and she even got me a specific pillow as I had explained that I had slipped a disc in my neck earlier in the year and she also made sure she took the pillow to every bed I tried.

The store was clean and the assistant, Rosie Barrett was very helpful. She listened to our needs and showed us a variety of products. When we mentioned that we didn't want a product that was too highly priced she didn't lose interest in the sale and continued to help us regardless. Rosie found us a suitable product, checked stock availability and brought the product over. Rosie offered us the 8-year guarantee (£25) and allowed us to have a £30 mattress protector for signing up to the cover. Overall we were really impressed with the help that we were given and my mum, who was with me, said that she will return to Dreams, Banbury to buy a mattress for herself and husband in the new year. Thanks Dreams, and Rosie in particular for your help today. My daugher is sleeping soundly on her new mattress as we type!

The lady who looked after us (Rosie) just made our experience at dreams and shopping for a new bed very easy so we totally at ease .

We wanted a mattress as similar as possible to the one we bought from Dreams about 10 years ago. I had a photo of the label and Rosemary directed us to the range that was most similar, and suggested another range that might also meet our requirements - it meant we didn't waste time wandering round looking at things we knew weren't right.
