Naju was excellent in helping us choose what we wanted for the reasons we were purchasing.

Natural was extremely helpful with excellent customer service skills

Colin was relaxed and helpful. Not pushy at all. Knowledgeable about the beds we were interested in and gave us plenty time to try them out. Gave my wife a pillow to take round that was similar to her one at home.

The assistant was very fast.. he show me one of the best beds and love the quality of bed. So soft, ya price is a bit high but we can say its reasonable in terms of quality.

The guy that helped me was really brilliant. I don't think I would have bought a bed without the help as I'd just come in to look.

Very friendly helpful assistance. Not too pushy, just helpful. We were offered cup of tea. Nice touch. As we haven't had mattress delivered yet so cannot say anything about how it wears etc. The store tidy and has a toilet! There were rather a lot of forms and signatures which took rather a long time through no,fault of of our assistant. Would return to,store and recommend Dreams.

I was served by Rosie who was very helpful and knowledgeable. She signposted me to a range of matresses and provided me with a pillow so that I could try them; she clearly explained their differences and made me feel confident in my choice of product. When I showed her the image of the bed frame I wanted from your internet site she brought it up on the system and made sure I was aware there would be a delay in delivery because it was bespoke. She also signposted myself and my daughter to some excellent instore deals on bedding. When setting up the 0% finance option she went through the process with me in such a way that I was clear on the process and the options available to me to repay the finance. Overall this was such a better experience that the one I had had a few days earlier in Bensons Beds in Banbury, the Dreams company should be very proud that Rosie does her job so well and instills confidence in her customers.
