Pleased with value of products and assistance from Naju & David

The store was well clean, bright and the layout well structured. The sales colleague who dealt with my husband and I was extremely polite, knew the products and what he as talking about. Did not pester us when we started to look around at the various mattresses available but was on hand to deal with any questions we had about the pros and cons of the various mattresses for sale and gave us options to consider. We have always purchased our mattresses from Dreams and will continue to do so.

MrAshley Rokita and mr David Smith done ther verry upmost in the banbury store to make our purchase as easy and stress free as possible I will recomend both of the gentlemen as salesmen for any future purchases Thay made our visit extremely good We thank them verry much

We were visiting several other bed stores to compare products and made the employee ‘Bradley’ aware. This did not make a difference to his service and made himself available when we needed advice. No pushy sales, unlike another store. We feel we made the purchases we genuinely wonted with support and advice we needed, in our own time. Very happy with Bradley and the support David and other colleagues were. Genuinely nice place to have a look and be greeted by friendly staff.

I purchased a mattress and pillows + duvet from your sales colleague Naju and he was very helpful and understood my needs very well. So, therefore he was able to provide the best customer service. He was very polite and helpful and made sure that my needs and wishes were adequately met. I would shop there again and highly recommend Dreams and Naju. Thank you very much.

Naju at the Banbury Dreams was excellent. He explained all the different types of mattresses to me in a clear and concise way. I went there because both my daughters had had excellent service from this branch. I would recommend this store highly because Naju was polite but not pushy.

I was welcomed in and offered a cup of tea, which was well received at 9 o clock boxing morning. The service was friendly and i was asked on numerous times if there was anything i wasn't sure about, the assistant was more than happy to go back over it. It was a happy shopping experience.

Rosemary was supper efficient. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and explained fully which enabled me to get a full understanding of what I was buying, preparing me to make the best choice for me. She was not pushy and a real professional doing her job well! We enjoyed the cup of tea! Thank you
