Dreams - Banbury

My husband and I had the lovely Rosie to assist us. She made us feel welcome and important. We used the magic bed to assess us and our needs and Rosie found the mattress I needed straight away. We were looked after like royalty I cannot fault her service at all.

Rosie (Banbury store) was super helpful and helped us choose a new mattress. My wife is pregnant and Rosie was asking questions and really lovely throughout the whole experience. I wish everyone could be like Rosie when we need something!

Naju, the man who helped me during my visit, provided excellent customer service from the moment we came in the store to when we left. He was delightful. He was very kind to my toddler son, he provided us with water on a hot day, and his product knowledge was excellent and extremely helpful. I will be back!

Naju was very knowledgeable and friendly to us. He helped us find the best mattress to meet our needs. He was very kind and offered us water. He was also kind enough to give us space when we tested the mattresses and we did not feel pressured into a purchase. Our visit to your store was a pleasure mainly due to Naju's friendly and welcoming attitude.

Naju served us he was extremely knowledgeable and helped us to understand our needs whilst giving us the time to discuss, he was excellent, in fact don't think I have ever received such good service.

Staff were lovely; informative, knowledgable but gentle, not pushy and happy to accommodate a million questions from me jumping back and forwards between products. They also accommodated me having to go and move my car to avoid a ticket and did things like held the door as I had a pushchair and toddler with me.

The assistant was very pacient with me and help me with all my repuests i highly recomand!
