All staff were very friendly and helpful

We received great service from David and his team at Dreams, Banbury both over the phone and instore. David's product knowledge was extensive and he was able to advise us on the different types of mattresses and their qualities with ease, which helped us select our mattress with confidence. His team were friendly and attentive. Really great service from Dreams, Banbury - wouldn't hesitate in returning or recommending them to others.

Very professional and extremely helpful

We received excellent customer service that was second to none ! David Smith and Bradley were the staff members who looked after us. They were empathetic, knowledgeable and friendly. They spent time explaining all the various options available to us and made the whole process enjoyable. We felt valued and would like to say that they are a credit to your company. There was a lot of information to take in re bed types/mattresses/ bedding but they were enthusiastic and we were happy with the final choices we made. - even offered us tea and coffee ! If there is a way of feeding this information back to those staff members we would appreciate it . We were the final customers of the day, but they treated us as if we were the only customers that day.

Friendly and knowledgeable member of staff; advice; time taken to help us decide on product. Also, friendly atmosphere between staff.

We were greeted on our entry to the store by friendly but not pushy staff who asked questions about what we were looking for and then suggested what we might look at giving us information about the products to help us make an informed choice.

The salesman Naju was very very pleasant and knowledgeable .

The sale person was friendly, courteous and know what he was talking about.

The three guys in the store were all nice, friendly and very helpful, but I must single out Naju. He was smart, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable about all the products. He gave us fair unbiased advice, he wasn't pushy just extremely helpful, he couldn't have done anymore to help us choose the right product for us.

He took care to establish my exact needs and requirements although I had to wait approx 15 mins whilst he dealt with another customers purchase - luckily I was not in a hurry and wanted to spend time to make sure I made the right purchase. Overall I was impressed with the care and attention paid to me.
