We phoned the store at 3.30pm asking if they had a particular bed on display. We were told they did but the person we spoke to wasn't keen to measure a certain part that was listed on the website. We knew the store closed in 30mins but took a visit anyway. Bradley greeted us and helped with all the questions we had. He was very polite and fully explained everything to us. Sale was put through very quickly and pleased with delivery times.

Efficient and friendly service provided by Colin. He had considerable knowledge regarding the type of mattress that we needed and gave us enough time to consider our options without pressurising us. This was backed up by the Store Manager, David who went out of his way to make us feel that nothing was too much trouble. Outstanding customer service and a great selection of beds to choose from!
