Dreams - Banbury

Colin was very helpful, but did not pressurise us at all, so we felt at ease to try each mattress/bed we were interested in.

When we entered the store we were acknowledged by the staff but were left for a few minutes to browse and look in our own time. When we needed help, Bradley (staff member) could sense straight away that we need a little help and advice and came over to speak to us. We were offered a cup of tea/coffee and Bradley was extremely knowledgeable of the products in store. We spent quite a lot of time trying out different beds and had a lot of question which Bradley was more than happy to help and answer. He didn't push us into making any decisions and gave us all of the info we needed. Bradley really is a credit to the Banbury store and thanks to his help and knowledge, we decided not to buy from Bensons who we have used for years, and came back to Dreams to make a purchase.

Colin made sure we were attended to during our visit he even saw us about to enter and held the door open

What a wonderful purchasing experience we had at Dreams today due to the exceptional quality of service we received from Rosie, the sales assistant. Her professionalism and enthusiasm shone through. She listened carefully to the concerns we had regarding our current mattress and then asked further pertinent questions so that she was clear about what our needs were. Her excellent knowledge of the products in store meant that she was able to discuss a range of options with us and then guide us in trying a variety of mattresses which might suit us. All of this enabled us to come to a positive decision about what would work best for us regarding our purchase. She dealt with our order very efficiently and her tea making skills were brilliant too!!

As soon as I walked into the shop I was greeted by a very friendly salesman, went out of his way to help, as I was in a rush to get to another appointment he placed my order as quickly as he could.

We were looking for a Super King medium/firm mattress and a storage style bed. We were served by Bradley at the Banbury store who had a wealth of knowledge, was friendly and professional and not overbearing whilst we were trying out mattresses and kept us well topped up with complimentary coffee. Bradley helped us find exactly the right mattress and storage bed that we needed and was constantly trying to help us find the best offer by researching a wide range of products. We were then assisted by Bradley during our purchase and also by David, who, together, made the whole transaction of buying our bed and mattress incredibly smooth and professional. Very friendly and helpful staff and we even got thrown in a complimentary mattress topper, which were pleasantly surprised with and not at all expecting! Will recommend to any friend or family member who is looking to buy a new bed or mattress.

Open ( not too cramed between display's. ) and well lit store, Bradley was very pleasent to deal with.
