Bradley the assist ain't was very knowledgeable and very polite,

The assistant was very friendly and helpful and new the products and explained the difference between products

The store was bright and warm and the staff gave us a friendly greeting. We were left alone to wander round without being pestered. If pestered in shops and stores we tend to leave.

The whole appearance and atmosphere of the store was very welcoming and the staff were very helpful and patient.

Bradley was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite. He listened to our needs and helped us find the right product for us without ever being pushy. We felt welcomed and helped but not under pressure to purchase. The products seemed excellent too

Staff were great, quality was great too.

The lady was very helpful and didn't try to push the highest priced item on me but aloud me to make a choice biased on her recommendation after I explained what I was looking for . Not too long to wait before a free delivery and the delivery people will take the old mattress for a small fee/
