the ease and friendleness we received from staff the whole process took less than thirty minutes. we are now waiting with much eagerness to receive our new bed. our last bed bought from your store also as given many years of joy.

I found the sales assistant Rosie very knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to understand our needs and gave us options to help us make an informed decision. She allowed us time on our own to allow us to consider the options and make the decision in our own time; not hovering or pressuring us for the sale. I was extremely pleased with the service provided at the store and would certainly recommend to friends and family.

It was nice that Bradley at the Banbury store made his presence known by saying hello, but then left us to look around. It was a no pressure encounter from him and when we were ready to ask questions, this made me want to go straight to him instead of anyone else. The other store staff were also very friendly

The staff was very helpful.

We were unsure as to what exactly was available at a reasonable price. We knew that the biggest size we could have was a large double because of the shape of the room and also wanted under bed storage. We were shown different options from around the show room. All was done in a thorough? thanks professional manner and no pressure. Different mattresses were also explained. The bed is for our guest room and we want our guests to have a good night's sleep so we're prepared to pay a little extra. We were offered bed linen but have sheets and duvets but did ask for a mattress protector.

Rosie was so friendly and knowledgable and took the time to talk to us and not pressure us into anything but at the same time understanding our needs. As a customer it was a refreshing change to have such friendly staff all willing to help.

Our sales assistant, Bradley, in the Banbury store was the most genuine sales person I have ever dealt with. No pressure sell, very friendly, knowledgeable and overall nice guy. Well priced frames and mattresses.

Store manager looked after us, very polite, great customer focus and friendliness.

The sales assistant was very friendly not pushy and very knowledgeable and let us take our time choosing which bed suited us most.
