The store was easily accessed & the showroom well laid out to show the products off. Your store manager Ashley was exceptional in his knowledge & at no stage appeared to be over selling or trying to push us in to a sale.

First experience of visiting your stores, a good impressive selection of beds & mattresses available to try

This was my first visit to a Dreams outlet and it won’t be my last. I was impressed with the range of mattresses available to try, both in terms of type and price. Extremely pleasant and enthusiastic manner of your staff, even to the point of offering us a cup of tea.....you don’t get that in many retail outlets!

The time taken by Colin to listen to my requirements and discuss the buying options for my choice of mattress. Customer service was excellent.

Even though we have had a faulty product, the response from dreams has been credible. We have been treated with a quick response & look forward to receiving our new bed.

Rosie (Rosemary) was absolutely brilliant. She helped me a great deal the day before whilst I was looking around and asked all the right questions about what I needed and wanted. I returned today with my husband and she was equally amazing today with the both of us.

Excellent helpful advice with no pressure selling to us but allowing as much time as we needed to test each in store mattress to assess the best one for us. We cannot say enough as to how helpful the assistant was to us today.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating and we got a good reduction on an ex display mattress. Also we were given a generous amount of softs to go with the mattress.
