Dreams - Banbury

From the moment we walked into the store we were greeted with a lovely smile from Rosie. She took the time to get to know us, and understand our requirements. She had a wealth of knowledge on the products Dreams offered and was attentive to everything we asked. She gave us time to try out the beds, but still felt like she was giving us 100% of her time. She even made us a cuppa with a biscuit. We returned 2 days later to place our order and Rosie remembered us and greeted us as we walked into the store and remembered our requirements. So often now sales people within stores go for the hard sell and pushy approach. Rosie was the total opposite and I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you for making our bed buying experience so stress free!!

Very knowledgable staff were left to decide once we were given the options. We're able to mix the items we wanted no hassle at all. Rosie was first class in every aspect.

A very helpful and friendly member of staff, Ashley, gave us excellent service and showed an immense amount of product knowledge. He was very patient in dealing with all our queries and made us feel very comfortable with our eventual decision to purchase. The cup of coffee we were offered was a nice touch too!

We went to the store to purchase a mattress. There was a large selection to choose from and the assistance we received was valuable. The assistant was helpful and gave us advice on different types of mattress as was as time and space to browse and choose.

The service received from Ashley was incredible. He listened to my needs and help me out through the whole shopping experience. He was very helpful and really friendly. Great costumer service. Definitely made the difference between me buying from another place.

Rosie welcomed us as soon as we entered the store. You could tell instantly how enthusiastic and devoted to the company she was. We told her what we wanted and she took time and helped us all of the way. We didn't feel rushed and she let us take our time. Cup of tea was most welcomed. We bought bed, mattress, side table. Also because we were in the process of moving home she made the arrangements all for us. Brilliant

Rosie was lovely. Very enthusiastic and obviously showed how she loves her job. Nothing too much trouble and she praised colleagues as well which was lovely. She makes a brilliant cuppa to. Lovely to shop in Banbury store.
