Rosie at your Banbury office was excellent. She went the extra mile to explain all the various options of Beds, sheets, mattress protectors, insurance option & assembly. Her services were outstanding and Ashley further delivered our mattress plus assessories to our home to ensure we had the mattress to sleep on that evening while waiting for the base to be delivered. The staff were very friendly I had my two grandchildren with me and they gave them a drink and biscuits which was lovely and never once moaned about them running around the lady that served me was Rosie she could not of been nicer and so helpful all the staff there were brill
