Rosie in the Banbury store was brilliant, she showed us a good range of options and understood our needs. She explained the difference and values of the different bed bases and mattresses and helped us understand what we need. She also offered us tea and coffee which was very welcome! A very friendly, professional and helpful service.

I was able ti view different products next to each other and compare them. The sales team were helpful and able to explain the differences between products.

The salesperson - Nakuru (017) - was a true gentleman, polite, could not do enough to help and we had good fun negotiating with him. It’s a shame not more sales people enjoy their job as much as Naju, and are not as enthusiastic.

The store itself is very clean & welcoming. It has a great spacious layout, massive variety of beds to choose from as well as mattresses & pillows to try. We were served by Naju who couldn't have done more for us. He clearly explained the different colour coding system, listened to our dislike of memory foam mattresses and helped us find the mattress that best suits our needs. We were probably in the store for just over an hour and he was incredibly patient with us trying all the different beds. He even ensured our son, who wanted to be part of the "choosing party", had a pillow of his own to use whilst trying out the different mattresses. Naju clearly explained the terms of sale and delivery to us. He was very well informed & a pleasure to do business with. The whole experience was first class luxury from the moment we were welcomed into the store to Naju helping us carry all our pillows back to our car. I would highly recommend others in need of a new mattress to go to him, and will definitely go back in 8 years when our new mattresses needs replaced.
