The staff were very welcoming.we were offered a drink.given plenty of time to try out beds recommended by staff based on what we were looking for.

Rosemary was extremely helpful andpatient, listened to our needs and showed appropriate products and accessories without being pushy.

We've been customers of this store and have never been disappointed with the level of service received. Always recommend the Banbury store to family and friends.

Staff were polite and friendly without being overbearing and pushy, were very knowledgeable about the mattresses and gave us time on our own to try out the mattresses and discuss our needs As we were short on time our order was dealt with in a swift and efficient manner whilst still maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.

Because as soon as I entered the store I was welcomed but not pushed into looking for what I wanted but directed to the best options for my needs for a specific mattress to help my problems with my back.

shopping for anything sucks, but the knowledge of the assistant in the store was so helpful that I actually enjoyed buying the beds for my three girls but unfortunately, not even the wife could pry the money out of my wallet to buy the bed we wanted.

I was approached by all staff with a lovely manner and then so very helpful in the process of buying

Naju was very helpful he was very patient as I was unsure of the type of mattress I wanted and he left us alone to discuss/try as many as we wanted after explaining the merits of each.

Plenty of staff to assist with the order, including managers where required to answer more technical queries. Very honest sales which was very reasurring, not trying to push a hard sell. More interested in giving valued opinions
