We said what we were looking for and we were shown all the options available just how we like to shop

The customer assistant who helped myself son and his wife was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. She was also very pleasant and brought an ease to the big decision my son and his wife had to make in choosing the right bed and mattress for themselves. She left us to decide on our own time but was never far away to answer any questions we had. Rosie gave us a warm and pleasant shopping experience. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends or family who wish to purchase a Dreams bed in the future.

Friendly and very polite and helpful sales person

The Sales and support staff where very friendly and made every effort to help us with our decision. This included helping to keep our young children entertained while testing mattresses/beds, Moving mattresses to different frames so we can see if they felt different & being very patient and non-pushy.

Very efficient service, good product knowledge and selection.

Naju was really helpful and took the time to understand how often the bed would used and where it would be placed etc. He also helped a great deal with understanding which mattress would be the best option, and he and his colleague were able to agree some extra discount on assembling the bed which made a difference. Altogether a very efficient process. I had visited the store on the recommendation of friends and my good experience reinforced what they had told me.

Pleasant easy experience

The two staff members Ashley and Naju, listened to what I wanted and nothing was too much trouble. They were extremely tolerant of my one year old and offered him a drink and an ice pole to help keep him occupied whilst I made the purchase and was able to give hem my attention.
