Dreams - Banbury

Our sales assistant (Rosemary) was very helpful and she was extremely knowledgeable about the bedding products. My wife is in a wheelchair and Rosie was very attentive and understanding. She assisted us at every stage when we were trying out various beds and also made some very useful suggestions. Could not fault her.

Everything was done professionally by Rosie, nice to receive a drink for me and my parents.

There was a nice calm atmosphere about the store when we walked in. We where able to look around before being approached by an assistant

We were welcomed on arrival and asked if we needed help. We were then left alone to browse. The assistant returned at intervals to provide relevant advice...but never overpowering. We were offered tea and the service provided made the experience pleasurable.

We visited the Banbury store yesterday to buy a new mattress, we were greeted by Rosie who was very friendly, offering us a cup of tea whilst we were trying a few of the mattresses she had recommended after thoroughly enquiring our needs and wants. We were very happy with the options available and we ended up ordering a new Truscott adjustable smart tv bed, 2 tempur cooltouch mattresses along with some other bits and pieces. We can't wait for it to be delivered! It is just what we need! Highly satisfied.

Naju was he colleague who helped me during my visit. He was attentive, knowledgeable but not overbearing or pushy. He was very polite and took the time to understand my needs and my wants, by asking the right questions when I wasn't even sure what I wanted myself! This is the first time that I have ever wanted to leave positive feedback of this standard as I honestly can't fault the service he provided. The store was busy as it was the bank holiday weekend, but i didn't ever feel like I was being rushed or that he had better places to be, he even made the time to run and get me a hot drink. Absolutely perfect service - I have told lots of people about this. The prices at Dreams are quite high for my budget but the service made up for this. Thanks Naju!

Staff at the Banbury store- Bradley and Ash were very helpful and attended to us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Really good service from them both and their knowledge of the store and it’s products was really good.

Customer service was second to none. Extremely satisfied with the knowledge and friendliness of the sales person that dealt with me. Product suitably still needs to be confirmed as I purchased guess beds. I just hope my quests will be happy. I will let you know the outcome in due course!

Naju at the Banbury store was so helpful, gave good advice, he gave us space to try the mattresses and discuss privately. It's not often you get someone who takes such pride in their work - Naju obviously does and it really helps when you're spending a lot of money to be made to feel comfortable and confident in the brand you're buying from. Dreams prices seem reasonable and the online discount we get through work was honoured in the store too - we were therefore more than happy to purchase on the day.
