Naju was really helpful and even though I changed my mind a couple of times it was no problem. He was really concerned that I made the right choice for me.

Rosie was our sales assistant and was the perfect balance of product information and helpfulness without any sales pressure at all, and space on our own without that over bearing sales presence. There was no pressure or a feel of up selling on what is a significant purchase, so she instilled confidence, and gave information of every mattress we looked at.

Very good service from Naju - the only problems was he was running the shop by himself and therefore was unable to serve another customer who came in while he was looking after us.

I was looking for a replacement for my current bed and the assistant identified it from my photo and advised me which one would be the equivalent. Rosie was very helpful and wrote everything down for me so that I could show it to my husband. I later ordered it online where Rosie served me again.

Rosie was very attentive and knew her stuff. Was given plenty of time to try out all mattresses and pillows so I got just what I wanted.

Bradley at the Banbury store was really helpful and did not put any pressure on us to make a decision but once we made our choice his customer service was outstanding. We understood everything we needed to know and we were over the moon with the deal we got. We were very happy customers when we left the store.

Rosie was extremely helpful. She was very efficient and able to deal with my order which was a bit complicated. Her knowledge of the products etc was excellent. My purchase took a little time but Rosie was aware of other customers in store and made sure they felt welcome and not ignored. You are lucky to have Rosie in your staff. She is a staff member to be treasured!
