Dreams - Banbury

The store assistant NAJU went above & beyond selling me a mattress. He was very knowledgeable & had a very good salesmanship. Courteous but very funny. I didn’t feel hassled into buying anything. The only thing that spoilt my experience was the temperature of the store. The heaters were broken & it was freezing

Greeted on arrival and offered help- I already had an idea of what I wanted and was quickly shown the products which were on display.

The person on the phone was helpful. polite and very pleasant to speak to and deal with

Naju was excellent, he should train other sales people. He was knowledgeable, attentive without being pushy. extremely polite and efficient when we placed the order. He explained all the details of the purchase and was a pleasure to deal with.
