Helpful staff, assisted us to quickly identify the right product and then arrange delivery. All good.

We were served by Robert who was helpful and courteous and helped us choose the right bed for us.

From when we entered the store we were given first class assistance. Our assistant Naju was really attentive to understanding what sort of bed we wanted. After the test bed (?) to see what firmness of bed would suit us he picked out a number for us to try. We were given as much time as we wanted and were not rushed in any way. Even once we had made a decision he suggested we just make sure this was the right one for us. He was extremely courteous and polite at all times. Gives true meaning to the term customer service.

Overall experience with Dreams was great from start to finish. I cannot fault Rob who took us through the process from start to finish. Very pleased!

From walking in the door the staff were very exceptional. Robert was amazing he had lots of knowledge on the beds. Listened to our needs and showed us which ones would best suit us. Even offered us refreshments and a bottle of water for my little one.

From first contact to walking away I received a very high level of service from Naju. His communication is friendly, professional and he is incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of the products. I purchased a high end hand made bed so it was a big purchase. I felt in very good hands and confident that I was buying the right bed for me.

I booked an appointment and the manager was available the moment I arrived at the store. He was extremely knowledgeable, attentive and made sure that I could explore all the various options available. I could not rate him more highly. A really personalised attention, not often found in shops today.

We were served by a very helpful, friendly assistant. He didn't pressurise us at all just gave the right amount of help. We were offered drinks whilst placing our order and were very surprised that delivery would be less than two weeks. Overall a very pleasant experience.
