I was attended to by staff member called Pam who gave excellent customer service. not only did she have a kind nature but also had very good knowledge of the products. She gave me a warm greeting and I witnessed this with other customers she subsequently served and offered a lovely drink and even threw in a free pillow which I appreciated greatly. She is a true asset to Dreams and deserves to be rewarded for her great work
