Very good salesman made a good time in the store and friendly. Would go back and get another mattress or bed .if more stores had salesman like yours people would not buy on line.

Ifzal's customer service was impeccable. We felt welcome in the store from the moment we entered to when we left and Ifzal was cheerful, personable and willing to help throughout our whole visit. We were offered hot drinks, given space to look around and try out products by ourselves, and occasionally checked in with. Ifzal helped talk us through the various mattresses and offered us the use of a better pillow to consistently use when trying different mattresses. The order process was quick and easy and we left feeling as if we had made a friend. Above and beyond. 11/10.

We made our purchase with the help of Ifzal. We found Ifzal to be very polite and courteous. His knowledge of his products was second to none. Ifzal was very patient, and showed us a number of different beds and mattresses with no pressure selling. We were very happy with the service we received.

THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY IFZAL WAS NOTHING SHORT OF EXCELLENT .HE TOOK HIS TIME TO EXPLAIN , DID NOT RUSH US , WAS VERY PATIENT , GAVE IMPARTIAL ADVICE AND WAS ONLY TOO HAPPY TO BE OF ASSISTANCE . PROVIDED US WITH TEA AND COFFEE AND MADE US FEEL COMFORTABLE AND NOT PRESSURISED IN ANYWAY IN TERMS OF MAKING OUR DECISION . IT IS FAIRLY RARE TO FIND THIS LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THIS DAY AND AGE OF SELF SERVICE . THEREFORE VERY REFRESHING AND PLEASING

Ifzal (sales rep) was really helpful and took a lot of time on us not just this time but also on previous visits. He was really informative and knowledgeable.

We were highly greeted at the start of our visit by a member of staff. We were then offered a drink and given a pillow by a member of staff to try.
