The customer service assistants Pam and Ifzal were fantastic had great knowledge and were able to advise me exactly on what the best products were for me. They gave me a good selection of beds and an honest opinion on the products.

Friendly staff, offered hot drink, not pressured to make a sale, excellent knowledge regarsing the purchase and fitting, dimensions, etc.

We shopped at the Ilford branch today, & had a wonderful experience with Ifzal the Dreams colleague. We had a lovely welcome by happy enthusiastic staff. Had a cup of tea which was well needed on a cold morning. Then we explained what we needed & wanted in a new bed. Ifzal listened & explained all of our options we had for our requirements,also within our budget. Then he gave us our pillows to test on all the beds. There was no pressure to make a purchase but we were happy to do so once we had looked at all our options. This was an easy, great shopping experience, due to Ifzal's great understanding of what's required in getting a good nights sleep.

managed to buy the bed I wanted very quickly

I was served by Dreams colleague Ifzal. He was amazing. From the moment I entered the shop his presence put me at ease. Initially I only wanted a matress for my daughter. His approach was very professional yet playful which made my daughter excited about her item. He was also very honest in terms of value for money and it wasn't done in an obvious way to enable me to spend more than required. He offered be drinks (hot chocolate) for both me and my daughter. When I queried about a bed I saw advertised he immediately informed me about a weekend sale which was occurring. He was just brilliant. He even threw in a pillow which I needed after making such a large purchase. Excellent service.

We have bought 5 ltems in the last 2 years from this store and have always had excellent service from both Pam and Syed.

The salesperson gave a warm friendly greeting and gave good insight into the different products they have.

Naqueeb and other colleague were both very friendly and helpful . There customer service was not rushed and explored all options and products in a no rushed and informative way .

Ifzal was amazing

The customer service was excellent from the minute we entered the showroom. Having previously been to John Lewis and a Tempur shop and had not been impressed with either their knowledge or their customer service, I was not holding out much hope for Dreams. However, Ifzal's knowledge regarding Tempur mattresses was outstanding. He showed us various other mattresses to compare and clearly knew what he was talking about, it definitely was not a sales pitch unlike the Tempur shop. We had an excellent and interesting lesson in beds and sleep and he made the whole experience enjoyable and easy. We were offered drinks by Ifzal and Naqeeb and I felt that even if we were not purchasing that day, we would have been given the same excellent service. You can tell both guys are proud of their knowledge and quite rightly so. I would give them a 20 out of 10 if I could!
