The young guy lfzal who served me on that day his friendliness, customers service relationship was excellent.On my arrival He served me with a hot chocolate drink. He explained to me the different types of mattress how well it's been made and how well they last which made me to change my mind from what I had in mind to the one I bought and am glad he helped me out because I believe that after a tough day our body deserve a good nite rest with a quality mattress

I was served by Syed at the Ilford branch - really great service. Came in looking for a particular bed, but Syed encouraged me to try others around the same price point - turns out the one I had in mind wasn't for me. SO glad I tried other ones. Syed was helpful, friendly, served me up a green tea and went over everything properly with me. He discussed my payment options and it was completed very efficiently. Came out with a much better bed than I initially planned to buy but with the finance option it's still affordable. Best of all my bed will arrive in a week - free of charge!

Ifzal was extremely helpful. I didn't know what I was looking fo and he took me around the store, asked me questions about how I sleep to determine my needs. He took his time to listen and ask questions and show me dfferent options.

We were greeted by Pam soon after we entered the store . We were offers refreshments at several points during our visit. Pam was very knowledgeable and gave both myself and my wife pillows to try as we judged the comfort and firmness of various types of mattress. Pam was very patient and courteous and spent a lot of time with us and showing us various products.

Is the third time I buying things in dreams since 10 years I use this products. I very happy with dreams products

The customer service was very good. I was served by a Ifzal in the Ilford Branch. He was very helpful and ran me through the various ranges of beds and mattresses. He also answered my questions in a clear manner and made me feel at ease and welcome. I was also offered a drink and was told to take as much time as I would have liked before coming to a decision. Overall I was extremely pleased with the service from Ifzal and would not hesitate to recommend family and friends to him.

Syed was extremely helpful and informative ,very very friendly and polite,fantastic people/ customer service skills ,a great communicator indeed We knew what we wanted ( a new bed for our daughter) and he advised us on everything
