Got what I expected

Nicely greeted by Naqeeb who offered drinks and had good product knowledge. He also showed complementary products such as pillows and duvets, some of which were on offer to. Nice customer experience and thanks Naqeeb!

One word to describe my visit to Dreams in Ilford SPOILT.... walking in I was created by Ifzal, who stopped at nothing to make sure we was well looked after. We felt like royalty, from the being made a coffee to him walking around with a heavy pillow I liked so I could try the beds in comfort. He even made me a second drink as my first one got cold as got carried away trying mattresses. If more companies treated their customers the way Ifzal treated us, no company would close down to losing out to On-line business. Amazing experience I will be sending friends and family to see him.

I have been looking for a good quality mattress at the best price for while. The sales person asked me what I like and don’t like and how I sleep and found me a couple of mattered to try out for a few minutes each without any pressure.

I was highly satisfied because i felt very welcomed as soon as i stepped in, the staff were able to answer all our questions and give us alternative choices based on our need. We were offered hot drinks which we really enjoyed, they also offered us pillows wen laying in the beds.

The knowledge of staff member Naqueeb, his easy, customer focussed style, his care and attention were key in my deciding to purchase. He gave me the information that I needed, allowed me the time to try options answered my questions with good humour and excellent product knowledge.

It was a very friendly atmosphere and the sales team were handy and helpful taking time to explain all the options available.
