Very friendly staff. Naqeeb was very helpful and was able to answer all our questions. He was not over bearing and gave us our own space when needed yet was around when we needed him for any queries. Very happy with his service

i was greeted very well, my sales person offer me drink and i got free pillows. staff was really friendly and provided all information about product that i needed. i am very happy with my purchase i will highly recommend dreams to my friends and family.

We have shopped in the Ilford store a number of times and purchased items, we have been assisted by Ifzal, he is a very friendly and professional member of staff and knows his products very well.It is always a pleasure to see him and myself and my husband are delighted at the high level of service we receive from him.

Naqeeb (dreams assistant) was very polite, greeting on arrival, offering a drink and being knowledgeable and catering to our needs with regards to choosing a new mattress and pillows.

Naqeeb at the Ilford store was helpful from the helping us select our bed, to putting through the finance. He made sure all was explained, was helpful, and kept us informed.

We were greeted by the same members of staff on both our initial visit and the day of purchase. The sales advisor (Syed) was very helpful, informative and at the same time he did not make us feel like there was any intention to hard sell any of your products. We were given choice and most importantly time to make our choice, we were not followed around but at the same time Syed was never too far away for us to ask questions. We were offered hot drinks while we were making the purchase and shown a suggested range of pillows to enhance our sleep experience.

As I got into the shop with my mum we were greeted by Mr.Naqueeb who welcomed us to the shop and offered to help. I explained that I wanst sure about what to buy as it was a purchase for my mum and that she would have to try the matressess herself in order to "feel" what could work or not for her. Mr.Naqeeb paciently and extremelly professionaly took us around the shop to try different matressess, explaining in detail the diference between them and also providing a pillow. He explained that "a pillow makes up to 20% of the bed and therefore is very important to have the right one". I did not visit the store today with the intention to buy a mattress as I was out with my mum for her daily walk exercise. However, due to the extreme professional customer service provided I ended up leaving the store with a new mattress and pillow for my mum who was over the moon with the purchase. I can't stress enough how pacient was MrNaqeeb when helping us. My mum, as any person her age (65 years old) I believe, was very careful trying the matressess over and over again until she was sure. Our visit was long but it paid off. We were eeven offered a drink! Absolutely amazing customer service!

Walking in I was expecting to get jumped on as I had just come from visiting Benson's, to my surprise Ifzal came over explained were everything was and how Dreams works offered me a drink which I took while I looked about. I was allowed to fully browse while Ifzal kept coming back to check I was ok, he saw I was uncomfortable on the pillows that was on the beds so he went and got me a 3 different pillows and done a neck check on me to find the right pillow to keep my head straight to stop any stress on my neck. All and all I was very impressed with Dreams level of service, Ifzal was amazing and I can't wait for my new mattress. 20 out of 10
