The customer service was amazing and the person who served me had a lot of knowledge about products. He was extremely helpful and kind and got me a coffee. I am also satisfied with the cleanliness and layout of the store. Overall my experience at Dreams Ilford was great and I will definitely go there when buying mattresses, pillows, duvets, ETC.

I found syed the advisor very helpful. He greeted with us great smile . Syed helped us to find a Four foot headboard which I must say the products are limited. I was about to leave the store because of few choices in my case however it was syed persistence and helping nature that I was able to get what I wanted. Good to have an assistance who is positive and patient.

Firstly the lovely employee called Ifzal helped my daughter to park her car as she is a new driver and then led us inside. He greeted us warmly and gave us freedom to choose a bed that we liked and then offered myself and my family hot drinks which were very nice as it was warm outside. He was very patient with us and showed us a mattress that was on sale that we went on to buy. He sat us down and offered us free pillows and a mattress protector with our purchase of an ottoman bed and mattress. Very friendly and he made sure we understood exactly what we were buying and was very patent throughout. Very happy with the service!

We had a very polite and friendly salesman, explaining everything really easy and clear. It was a pleasure to be served without being pressurised in making up our minds. A big compliment to Mr. NSQEEB. The last time we bought our mattresses in your store, over ten years ago and they are still like new. We bought a memory foam double bed and one single shortly after, for our youngest son. In this instance, we bought one for our second youngest son. Once more - I couldn't be more happy with our shopping experience. The gentleman even brought us a pillow for 'Test-Lie-Downs" and served us a hot drink - giving us a choice of hot chocolate, Coffee or tea. We also bought insurance to a very competitive price. I think the fact that we can exchange the mattress after 30 days trial - is giving us piece of mind Once more, thank you for your Customer-First approach! I was very impressed with the way I was greeted and listened to when I said what I was looking for. The staff were very helpful and did not pressure me in any way. They showed me lots of different types of items, and when I tried the mattresses I was given a nice pillow to lie on to make it really comfortable for me. The staff were very knowledgeable regarding the products. The staff member Pam was very polite and offered me tea or coffee if I would like some.

The bed and bedroom furniture was all in stock and it was able to be delivered the next week, which is quite quick. Delivery is free and provide the 'bed assembly service' at a reasonable price. I have bought from Dreams in the past and the delivery men are very professional. The wear shoe covers to not get carpet dirty and assembly is very professional. Plus I like the fact that dreams have showrooms everywhere so you can actually seem the beds and try them out in store before you buy.
