Abdulla was great in the Ilford store. Very knowledgeable & helped us all the way. Carried our items to the store & appeared to give very good impartial advice.

The service provided by Ayesha at the Ilford store was excellent. She listened to my needs, took me through the mattress matching and helped me find a great mattress. Her advice was essential in finding the right match

They were very helpful, Didn’t rush us we are very pleased.

We were immediately approached by James who offered us the sleep match machine to determine our suitable mattress style and then showed us the best items. We were kindly offered drinks and shown really comfortable pillows. All in all it was 5 star service from James and the mattress is super comfortable

James was really helpful, I came In to find a bed and he helped me out, we managed to find my wife the perfect mattress. I even bought a second bed frame for my mother. Will only buy from dreams in the future as long as James is there!

I am speaking French and he did his best to explain slowly for what I need exactly as mattress and he suggested me another product which is the bed.. now am sleeping on my mattress and it is lovely sleep. The sales Assistant is highly recommended, as he got detailed informations about the product I chose. He was quite helpful and friendly, saved our time and showed lots of patients while we were choosing the product. He provided all the necessary informations regarding product and delivery.
