mr.ifzal customer service is very good.

I was purchasing a bed for my teenage son and was offered advice on the type of bed i.e. drawers or not and the type of headboard as my son uses hair gel.

1. The Ilford store is quite big and displayed a wide variety of collection to choose from. 2. Dream's colleague, Mr Naqeeb's quite recent experience in buying an ottoman bed helped us choose our bed frame in less than 15 minutes. 3. Sleep analyser experience to choose the right mattress was unique and refreshing. 4. Mr Naqeeb was very informative and patient in helping us select the right mattress and offered pillow when we trying to experience the feel of the mattress. 5. The store staff were very kind to provide toilet facilities to my pregnant wife and offered us coffee/tea, which helped us spend good quality time in the store to make a selection and also complete the purchase successfully in just one go. 6. The store staff were also very friendly with my one year old and offered colouring pencils to keep him occupied. 7. Though we came to the store to buy one bed and mattress, with Mr Naqeeb's expertise we ended up buying 2 beds and 2 mattresses in single go for both our bedrooms.

I was highly satisfied with the service provided by your ilford branch. Ifzal greeted us pleasantly, and provided us with drinks and let us try out the machine at the front of the store.

The Employee Ifzal at the Goodmayes store was extremely polite, very easy to talk to and friendly. I tried all of the mattresses in the range that i was looking for. Store employees recommended the same mattress that was my favorite. After trying the Sleep match machine, the machine also recommended that mattress. Extremely pleased with choosing to buy a mattress in store as instead of buying one online as i usually would. Cant wait for my new mattress to be delivered as i know its going to help relieve my back pain.

Afzal was very pleasant, engaging and knowledgeable about about every product. Spent alot of time getting to know our requirements and then gave time for us to make our decision. Generally the team in ilford were friendly.

The salesperson [IFZAL] was very helpful in explaining the different options in relation to the bedding I required. He was not pushy and allowed me time to decide on the bed I wanted.

Pam at the Seven Kings, Ilford, Store. Helped me from when I entered the store. She was warm and welcoming. Having a disable parent. She listen and understood what we was looking for. She made us try different mattress to get more of understand of the different types of bed/mattress there are in store.
