I am very satisfied with my first experience at Dream , I was really impressed by NAQEEB the shop assistant , he's a friendly and caring person, he also was very helpful.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, patient and helpful. The 'sleep-match' machine guided me towards a different product than I had in mind going in, but I'm hoping that it will prove itself right and me wrong!

The service in this Dreams store (Ilford) was exceptional. The friendliness, knowledge and advice was of the highest quality. Naqeeb looked after us from start to finish, even giving us a surprisingly good coffee! Both my partner and I walked out of the shop saying that was the best service we have ever recieved. We ordered a mattress and pillows we know we will be happy with. I have worked in customer service for around 15 years so know a thing or two about it and this was spot on. Not pushy, not 'salesy' but just perfecrt.

The sales assistance Naqeeb was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs. Small touches like that are go towards good customer services.

Mr IFZAL was fantastic first class customer service he made me welcome to the store and he explained to me what I would do to get the right mattress I wanted by suggesting me if I could go lay on the bed where the computer was to give me a right mattress I wanted he offered me a nice cup of hot chocolate it's was brilliant.

I was very stressed because I didn't no what type of mattress suited me because of my backache hip pain shoulder and neck pain the assistant recommended the sleep systerm a way of checking our pressure points by using our age and what problems we have like aches and pain we have the assistant was very helpful he said with the right mattress you need a good pair of pillows so we bought a mattress and pillows very happy with our purchase and a good price excellent customer service
