I was welcomed by Syed who was kind and helped me with my query. He knew the products well and was able to show me the correct items which suited my needs best. We tried the sleep match machine which was great to guage the type of mattress that would suit me. All in all it was a pleasant experience and o wasn't pressured into buying something that I didn't want or need.

We were satisfied with both Pam and Syed at our local dreams in Seven Kings. Syed helped us with a sleep match, greeted us well and was approachable. He also offered tea and coffee's. We are really happy with our pillows too, cannot wait to use them. An overall great experience especially with Sleep match and time spent Thank you Syed and Pam. :-)

The team were able to quickly answer my questions are knew exactly what to advise me when I was unsure about something. Syed greeted me in the showroom and showed me around. He got me to lay on the sleep match machine to determine the best mattress for me. Once complete he showed me all the available mattresses which met my criteria and offered me a terapur pillow to test which was also very helpful. He offered me a drink while we went through the order process which took the edge off the stress of emptying my wallet. All in all a good experience.

I was greeted immediately and offered a drink. The staff (Ifzal and Pam) were exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable. The machine (I forget its name apologies) to suggest mattresses was very impressive and spot on with its recommendations. I am very satisfied with my purchase of frame, mattress and pillows and the service provided. The order could be delivered a bit quicker (2 and a half weeks) but this will not unduly inconvenience me so it isn't a massive issue.

The sales assistant Ifzal was knowledgeable and very friendly. He took his time to understand my needs and recommended the appropriate products.

All the employees were very welcoming on my arrival. We were immediately given assistance by an employee who was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole experience. We were given excellent customer service and were offered drinks on arrival. I was able to use the washroom facilities whilst I was there which was very helpful to me.

We were assisted by a staff member called Ifzal, and he was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable about all the products e.g. mattress type, and was able to direct us to the sleep match machine.

I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of naqeeb, the service from beginning to end was faultless and outstanding.I was greeted, offered a drink and i also used the sleep match machine Which naqeeb helpfully explained why this will be accurate for the right bed i will need. I was shown everything including bedding and pillows and it just so turned out that the cool touch tempur pillow had just released. All in all naqeebs seevice was very very helpful and i couldnt be happier as a customer

We were offered a drink as soon as we arrived at your Ilford branch. Your sales assistant was courteous and patient (we are in our eighties !!!) at all times, and made our stay fun as well as rewarding. So rating Nadeem highly satisfied is rather an under statement, he was a joy.
