I was impressed with the bed that measures your sleeping pattern. Naqeeb recommended me to try this and I've never heard of it before. After my assessment he showed me a variety of mattresses to suit my needs and I found one that was practically perfect for a fairly reasonable price. I was happy with his friendly and willingness to help me. Overall nice experience and a friendly guy with good knowledge of your range you offer.

The sales staff were very friendly and they knew about the products on sale they offered us a coffee while we were they and stayed a bit later to accommodate us.

The sales man was very friendly and encouraging.showed me around.made me hot chocolate always smiling.

Syed was great. Offered us a drink , gave us different pillows, helped us with sleep match, helped us find the perfect mattress, gave us great advice on looking after our beds/mattresses, helped us with delivery dates. He was brilliant !

Ifzal was kind and knowledgable, taking good care and attention of our needs. He greeted us, gave us a drink, and upon hearing our requirements put us on the sleep match machine which did an excellent job of recommending mattress types. We were shown a range of different mattresses and found the perfect one! We found Ifzal to be down to earth and honest, we dont feel like were oversold anything and have come away very happy and excited to receive our new bed

My wife and I were impressed with the professionalism of the salesman. He was very helpful in dealing with our questions and helped to guide us towards something that met our needs. This compared favourably with other recent experiences.

Ifzal from the moment we walked in made us feel welcome and was so attentive to us offering us and our kids hot chocolate which was a very nice touch. He fully explained each criteria when choosing the bed and made us fully aware of the importance of a good bed in relation to sleep We walked out the store so much more educated then when we walked in. Ifzal was so good that we only really intended to window shop but ended up making a purchase due to his great customer service and because of this we will be returning to buy more beds for our kids. I would reccommend this store in particular if anyone ever asked me about Dreams and I would tell them to ask for Ifzal.

I was attended to by IFZAL, he was very polite and we discussed my needs for a mattress that was suitable to my needs. I went on a fantastic machine that took my measurement, which was explained to me by IFZAL. He was very helpful with me choosing the right mattress for me. Excellent service
