My Visit to the Dreams store in Seven Kings was amazing, I was greeted by a lovely and friendly guy called Naqeeb, I told him what I was looking for and straight away had all the answers for me and recommended I used the sleepmatch bed, so find the right mattress for me, which I thought was great. While I was on the sleepmatch we were all offered veriaty of drinks which was a very sweet gesture. Once I had finished on the sleepmatch, Naqeeb showed me all the mattresses that matched my needs and even offered me a beautiful pillow (which I have now bought) to rest my head on. The whole experience was fab from the time I walked in the door, to the time I walked out, Naqeeb is a fab salesman and would highly recommend that store.

I visited the ilford store and was greeted by Syed who explained to me about the sleepmatch. I was shown all the matresses that were matched up for me first and then was helped to choose a mattress that was within my budget. I was given a pillow so I could get the ultimate experience. I was offered a drink which I thought was a lovely gesture. The service received from the start to having my mattress delivered from the Dreams team was amazing.

The sales assistant was very patient and not pushy at all which provided a much better experience for us. He took his time to understand and explain everything to us.

We were very pleased with our experience as it was exceptional. Everything was thoroughly explained and handled professionally. As we walked in to the store they were very welcoming with a positive attitude, customer service was outstanding. Lastly i will like to say that we were surprised at how quick and efficient the finance was and how it was dealt as we have not noticed this from other stores, to conclude we are very pleased and will come again.

I was very impressed with Ifzal Hussain. He was polite and professional whilst having a detailed understanding of all the products. He took care in meeting our specific requirements and provided excellent customer service, which is why we made a purchase.

Naqeeb was really helpful and very friendly. Store had many mattresses to test and delivery options were much quicker than expected.
