Customer services provided by Mr Naqeeb & Ms Pam was incredible. Nice Pam dealings ware really awsome understanding our needs & deliver assistance we were looking for. Mr Naqeeb was extremely friendly who greeted, asked for drinks in hot weather & inquired for welfare. They presented available pillow offers & sleep match etc. products with desired excellent customer services. Keep it up for offering excellent customer services.

The member of staff listened to what our requirement was and gave us advice and information to choose a suitable mattress. He spent a considerable time ensuring we tried suitable mattresses enabling us to select the most comfortable one to buy.

Very friendly staff that listened to what the customer actually wanted to buy and not want the staff wanted to sell to the customer! Quick and efficient service but with all the details that needed to be covered A pleasant atmosphere in the store and I would definitely go again for purchasing beds

- offered drinks on a hot day - staff greeted us and showed us around to meet our needs - uses sleep match to select an appropriate mattress - advised us on appropriate pillows - offered discount with family recommendations - very friendly and approachable staff - wished us luck on the way out We will definitely recommend this branch to family and intend to shop there in the future.

We were at the shop and go around it wad so many beds but Syed come to as and he was with as for about and hour and we were so happy his customer services is very hight i ask to use the toilet even they do not have customer toilet he allowed me to used the store toilet and what we like it is he really care about customer
