The staff were great. They helped me find the perfect mattress. I’m very happy now I’m finally getting the sleep I need and just in time as I’m getting married in 3 weeks. This mattress will be a great start to our married life.

We were extremely satisfied with the whole transaction. We were very happy with the quantity and quality of the mattresses available. We were more than satisfied with the Dreams salesman Ifsal who went out of his way to get us the mattress we needed and the mattress that was most suitable to our needs. Our experience in Dreams was nothing less than excellent. Once entering the store we were greeted in a nice friendly manner and was offered a beverage by Ifzal. This was a nice touch. I was looking to purchase a bed for my son and Ifzal recommended trying a machine to see which mattress suited his body type best. His knowledge of mattresses and beds was impressive to say the least. We were both given a pillow to try the recommended mattress. My son was immure than happy with the bed and the overall experience. In the end I ended up buying a bed for my daughter who was equally as happy.

I was greeted well by both memebers of staff especially Naqeed and ifzal, I was offered drinks, offered a pilllow to test mattress and shown the sleep match machine

Was really pleased with the customer service in store - Ifzar went the extra mile to find me the perfect mattress using this space age technology that he had in the store. He also took into consideration and recommended bed frames that would be suitable for the space that I had.

Excellent customer service by Ifzal. He greeted us when we arrived into the store, offered us a drink, provided us with pillows and also did sleep match - which we thought was excellent.

My name is Onkar Singh, I recently came into the Dreams store-Seven Kings and was served by a lovely gentleman by the name of Ifzal, he was highly educated into the system and gave extravagant service, he left me and my family speechless due to his service, the greeted us with a great smile and left us with a smile. I have been sleeping on a poor mattress on the floor for months now and came into the store hoping to find something ideal. I was immediately welcomed and served by a staff member called Ifzal and he was an exceptional sales assistant who showed patience and understanding as I was unsure of what to get. He guided me and my partner around the store, offered us a drink and ensured we were well informed on all the products on offer. We used the sleep match machine which was a new experience for myself and it worked very very well. We picked out pillows, duvets, sheets, the whole lot. Overall, an amazing experience at Dreams.
