Had searched 2 previos stores and had no luck , 2nd store helped to find a store with the stock and held it for me to collect right away. Friendly greeting on arrival and helpful , knew what i was there for as soon as i told them the reserve name. Quick and easy payment process. Showed us to item and helped us to car with item. I was greeted, offered and drink and we used the sleepmatch. The assistant brought us to different beds that were recommended and allowed us to try with a pillow

The staff I met was nice , friendly and patient despite the fact that it took me some time to decide on the product I want. The main product I was looking for was out of stock but the staff helped me to get something good too.

I was just there to have a look around and the gentleman IFzal approached me in such a nice way and explain everything about a lot of stuff at the store and also offer me cold drink and coffee give me the best advice so that I had to buy something from store because I was fully satisfied by his costomer service.
