Service was very professional. We have recieved sleep match service on this fancy machine that measure your needs. We were able to check many mattresses including pillow for more comfortable experience. After that we have recieved coffee and had friendly conversation with very friendly member of staff

It was a quick and simple service, the new technology used to identify what mattress was best for me was absolutely amazing and was my favourite part. The shop assistant at Dreams Ilford who helped me on Monday 30th September was absolutely lovely and did an amazing job and she should really be recognised for her work

Our Visit to Dreams was very much satisfying. Ms. Pam was very much welcoming and friendly. She has good product knowledge that was very impressive. the new technology " Sleepnatch" for choosing the bed was good and systematic. Hospitality was good. Loved the offered drinks. The order processing was really quick. Hoping the same for future service.

We visited multiple stores and brands, including DFS and Harveys and other Dreams stores, however, returned to the Ilford branch to place the order, due to the attention we received, the depth of knowledge of the sales person, Ifzal and the personal touch from him. Reasons we believe the experience was amazing and why we returned to the store: 1. We received the right information and I verified via online searches on the information provided. 2. Even though there were other customers in the store, we did not feel we were being rushed 3. There was a personal touch from Ifzal, especially the way he dealt with our 7 year olds - this was the turning point for us. We could not find what we were looking for and Ifzal kindly pointed us in the right direction. We visited other stores, but none of them had that welcoming feeling.
