Ayesha (seven kings high road ilford, Essex store) was fantastic she approached us soon as we arrived in the store. We talked about our needs and what we were looking for and Ayesha helped in all aspects. Also, Ayesha was very knowledgable about the new TV bed and the range of mattresses in store. We came with our young children and Ayesha made them hot choc and gave them colouring to do, which helped us in making the right decisions and purchasing the products. We also got a lovely cup of coffee. We discussed the correct mattress, pillows and sleep match on our needs this helped us make our decision on buying from Dreams. Really pleased with the service... keep up the hard work Ayesha.

We were looking for a new mattress for our spare bedroom and the salesperson showed us the whole range and were we able to make a quick decision on what we wanted

The team at the store were very informative and welcoming, I have never felt more welcomed and they were extremely helpful and gave very good advise that was highly relevant and informed me of produce that was of interest t me, such as the pillow . I believe the male workers name was James, very helpful. Thankyou

Very friendly staff and service was extremely good, the staff were very helpful and gave us lots of great advice.

The assistant in the shop was on his own managing the whole store at the time. He had great product knowledge and even offered us to try a new system to find out which bed suites us best. He also sorted out a great price and we took the optional 8 year garuntee

as soon as we walked in we was greeted my a member of staff his name was james , he asked if we need help or questions then do ask when i mentioned to him we was looking for a mattress he took us to the sleep match machine (very impressive as its better than just trying out differant mattress but this actually tells you which one is suitable to our sleep needs) then we was showed which ones match our sleep pattern and james showed us the availability on all the ones that was available. as we was trying out the mattress rather than us just using the display ones james went and got us to try the tempur pillows aswell and also explained how the help with your sleep. as we was deciding what to get or wait james offered me and my wife a hot drink, which was very nice of him i would go back to this store to purchase the tempur pillows but at that time we had a budget but will be going again in future to purchase the pillows. honestly saying our intention was not to purchase straight away as we went to look but the customer service provided we was so happy that we made the reccommed mattress purchase today so many thanks to james for helping us out good job

Ayesha helped me choose my beds. She is well equipped with knowledge , helpful and friendly. Ayesha made it very easy for me to select my beds and mattresses. Offers me drink. Showed me pillows and put me on new technology and measured me for the right firmness of mattered. I am very pleased by Ayeshas services.
