The staff was friendly and very helpful

James has been very nice and supportive during our visit to Dreams Ilford branch. Highly appreciated his assistance and help to choose the right product.

James was very helpful and patient with the many questions we had.

My husband and I received help and advice from a very pleasant young man (Abdulah). He guided us through the process and helped us decide. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The Customer Service in this particular store is excellent.

Ayesha was really helpful and I found her personal recommendation to be v comforting that I had made a good choice. She offered better priced alternatives to the pillows / mattresses that I had initially found comfortable and explained the insurance / recycling fees etc clearly.

Staff were polite and helpful, when I came home I realised I had ordered the wrong size bed, I phoned the store and they were very helpful. They re-ordered the size I needed, and assured me they would send a check as we had over paid. I didn't even ask as it was my mistake, The staff were not pushy they ensured I stayed within the price range I could afford, even suggesting how we could save money

The young ladie gave us her full attention and time to test different mattresses,she explained a lot of things to us and what's quite knowledgeable.

The sales lady ( trainee manager), was excellent & had a great deal of knowledge. She listened to what we wanted & gave great advice. Was very happy with her service.

The customer service agent (Ayesha) was brilliant! Took out time to help us make an informed choice and pick the best option to suit my needs. Extremely helpful matching our ideal choice with the best price and lovely extras (I.e. pillows, etc)
