The Sleepmatch technology was interesting to use, and made recommendations that led to a confident purchase (delivery still due). Sadiq, the employee who served me, was very welcoming, comforting and informative. He led us around a variety of beds, giving me time to try each, explaining their relative benefits, and doing a great job of putting me at ease. Buying a bed is something most people do rarely, as well as an expensive investment, and things like getting a specific pillow for me to try lying on each bed with or offering some water, greatly took the apprehension out of such a purchase.

Dreams are very good I shop there all the time. I don’t go anywhere else but dreams .

We felt Sadiq did a very good job today. He didn't give an annoying pushy sales pitch which I usually hate so we felt more comfortable to buy the product.

My son vomited all over his bed, we needed new bedding and a new mattress. Within 20mins of entering shop, we had all we needed and loading up our car. Just perfect

As I entered the store I was greeted warmly. A lady assistant came to help me. She gave me all the details of the product. Price quality discount etc.. quick quote and delivery date. She had a good knowledge of the product to explain to us.
