I had the best of experiences as I was informed about the product so much. All my questions were answered to the best of the employees knowledge. I visited the Ilford branch, the staff there were pleasant, James in particular as he assured me throughout the whole process that I am doing the best.

Sadiq was amazing. And the tempur pillow was an amazing price

James the sales person was brilliant! He guided me through many products and found me the right one.

The attendant had a good knowledge of the products we enquirer about and recommended what would suit us after we went through the process of getting the right mattress for us based on our sleeping positions

The Assistant at the store was very helpful. I really appreciate her!

we were greet as we arrived in the store and given information with detail. Also when we arrived Pam took us through the Sleepmatch so we could find our perfect mattress. This was a very different experience but Pam made it fun and relaxing.

Ayesha was helpful and friendly from the start and help us choose the best mattress for our needs. Well worth the visit even though we originally planned only top view some of the products.

James was excellent ... he knew exactly what I required and wasn’t pushy ... a very polite gentleman and knows his job . Very impressed with his salesmanship..
