Sadiq who helped us in store was very friendly and helpful. We came in to the store not knowing what type of mattress we wanted or needed and he spent plenty of time helping us find the perfect one.

Great service by store staff Very knowledgeable about the mattresses available in the store I actually came with the mind of looking for a particular mattress in mind but after speaking with James at the store I ended up purchasing a different mattress instead which I hadn't even considered. Had I not done taken on board the advice given I would have invested in a mattress which was not actually suited to me Great service, friendly staff and the time taken to explain the differences in the produces was especially helpful. We were also able to simulate our sleep behaviour which helped in finding the right mattress

The team was really great from start to finish ver friendly and helpful especially Sadiq and the young girl sorry cant remember her name.

James was very helpful in applying my student discount, giving advice when building the bed and showing me all the features

Excellent customer service by James. After completing the bed test he took us around to different mattresses and introduced us to Tempur pillows which we ended up buying too. He seemed knowledgeable and overall just understood what we needed.

As a health care worker who deals with people every day, I value respect and patience a lot. This was the first thing I noticed about Sadiq (Dream staff) who attended to my husband and myself. He also took us round the store explaining things to us and not getting tired of my too many questions. He maintained a friendly smile throughout. We were offered drink and made aware of other free offers to go with our purchase. Sadiq and all the members of dream staff we met in the Ilford store appeared to be very polite and helpful.

The Customer Service from Sadiq the Dreams Colleague was fantastic. He gave appropriate attention to our needs but was also extremely respectful of our space to discuss the purchase. We went in for a plain double bed and came out with a Kingsize great bed with lovely duvet and pillows. A good salesman! But at no time did we feel pressurised; he was extremely courteous and professional.
