The purchase was for my father & mother who are both aged 90. Dad was with me, Mum who is disabled wasn't. James was extremely helpful and fully established Mum & Dad's circumstances & needs. My wife and I are also looking to buy a new mattress and although we live 30 miles away, will return to the Ilford store for advice and recommendation, based on the service Dad received from James.

Ayesha is a very helpful and patient person. We were in store for three hours and she was very helpful. We did sleep match and were shown beds and she resolved fiancé for me

We were dealt with by James. He was wonderful as soon as we stepped in, we were greeted, offered drinks and assistance. He assessed our sleep type using the dreams matters match and showed us various mattresses all the kind we were looking for. I am indecisive and he was very patient giving us lots of information about the mattress and telling us to take our time trying out our options and deciding. our purchase was fast and swiftly done with delivery booked for 6 days later. we were very pleased with the service and he made this potentially confusing and stressful experience a easy and fun one. I would return again and would recommend to friends and family. Once again James was absolutely amazing, what a start. What customer service should be like. very excited to receive my mattress.

During our visit, the member of staff greeted us warmly and was highly knowledgeable and didn't put us under any pressure. She carried out the Sleepmatch process to identify our personal needs. She was extremely patient and offered us a drink while processing the purchase. She also recommended the Tempur Pillows which were suitable to our needs. Her name is Ayesha working at the Seven Kings branch in Ilford.
