Godfrey was very helpful and patiently described to us differences between different types of mattresses. He was also funny making the visit really enjoyable. We used the matching machine to find out the right firmness and then were able to self-test all matresses we wanted, the recommended ones as well as the 'not best' for us to find out that matching results were really right! One mattress especially suited me but I couldn't afford it really, only to find out that the same one, just not eco-cotton, but regular finish, was on sale. We were informed about having discount on duvets on time of purchase and on protectors with warrant, so we ended up with super comfortable mattress with fluffy protector and 8 years warranty and a new spring duvet. Great purchase and finally sleep with no back pain.
