Our assist Ayesfa was very very good greeted us warmly and guided us with the Poe products to keep us safe. Ayesfa was full of knowledge of beds available. We did the sleep match which was a good experience and was provided with pillows to try the mattresses, we were also given time to try the mattress we choose for a 5 -10 which was very helpful. We were treated very well offered hot or cold drinks as well and spend time with us without feeling rushed
