I have a tempur mattress and wanted to purchase an ottoman bed. I was worried about the weight of the mattress and the ease with which I could pull the mattress up and down. I was reassured as Pam and James were very knowledgeable about the bedsteads and mattresses and answered all of my questions. I was able to come in to the store and try the ottoman out for myself as well as seeing the colour of the upholstery. All of this helped me enormously with my decision and subsequent purchase.
