The gentleman who served us was absolutely fantastic. Knowledgable and definitely patient with our unlimited questions. I don’t normally leave reviews but genuinely believe this dreams shop assistant was fantastic. Ever so polite and attentive not only to us but also other customers entering the store without once losing his engagement in serving us. The social distancing measures put myself and partner who are both vulnerable in terms of health at ease and reassured on every level in regard to safety and hygiene. I have worked in a variety of customer related roles and I genuinely believe that the level of service, politeness, knowledge and consideration was fantastic, as the first person who greeted us I think that even if someone else had served us he would have started our customer experience of to a good start, we will be needing more items in near future and would be returning to dreams,

I felt that I was shown great customer service in the store. I was offered refreshment and the staff were very friendly. I was asked about my sleep needs and health and experienced the sleep match process. I was listened to regarding my budget, and I felt I was not pushed to purchase anything.
