The member if staff helped us alot and also showed us some more products with reasonable prices. Not forgetting the delivery, we wanted the delivery ASAP and she gave us so many options. The name of the staff is Ayesha

The lady serving me was very welcoming with very good interpersonal skills she was able to give me time to pick my items and gave me the best advice without pressure selling.

We were greeted at the door as soon as we entered by a very charming assistant who showed us to your computerised bed/comfortably selector. We then tried out various beds for comfort. Once we had decided we were offered various extras without feeling pressurised and were even offered a drink. The delivery date offered was much sooner than we had imagined - 2 working days later - so sadly we weren't able to accept it. But the next date - 2 days after that was just perfect. So very happy. Will be even happier if it is delivered on time and in good condition.

It is my first time looking for and purchasing a bed and mattress myself as i am a student. I needed a new bed and mattress as i was previously sleeping on a corner sofa bed which I accidentally broke. When i came in store i was originally just wanting to take a look around and consider purchasing but as i am a fulltime student i had to really consider the prices alongside comfort and sustainability. Pam the store manager at ilford DREAMS helped me find exactly what i was looking for. At first i had one vision of the bed i would like but after having a look around i changed my mind which Pam was completely helpful with and then also helped me with all the inquiries i had about the bed and mattress i wanted to purchase. Pam was also really friendly and professional with lots of knowledge about the beds and mattresses. Pam made my first experience with DREAMS and purchasing my first bed and mattress a very pleasant experience.
