James who attended to us was helpful. He was kind , his explanation made us to purchase what we want and ge also gave us a good deal. James was a jovial with us through our stay.

The advisor who assisted us was Ayesha, upon arrival, she greeted us with a friendly smile, and immediately made us feel at ease. She offered us drinks, was very aware and conscious of social distancing measures. I informed her I was after a bed frame and mattress, she assisted me with the ‘Sleepmatch’ tech, where she informed me of what the program would do. While picking out my mattress she was very efficient with hygiene, and took her time to explain the different specs of each mattress. My mother and I had a lot of questions and she answered them all with ease showing great product knowledge but there was also no sign of frustration with the repetitive questions that we asked, she was so keen to cater to our needs. After picking a mattress, she asked whether we wanted pillows, at first we were reluctant but she explained the eligibility of discount as we had purchased a mattress, told us the benefits which actually led us to actually purchase the pillows as well. While sat down to finalise payment, she was so lovely, giving a breakdown of the purchase, informing us of insurance for the bed frame. Ayesha really went above and beyond with her service today.

I visited Dreams Ilford yesterday & today, our salesman Sadiq was very very helpful, I have nothing but praise for the time & knowledge spent with us. I can not give a view on the quality of my bed, as delivery is not till the middle of August, but as long as the quality is as good as our salesman, I will be very pleased. But another positive is that I found the bed that I have been looking for.
